Now a days there are various LOCAL News Cable Tv News chanel’s are running in small towns, I have observed that the reporter/ camera person who used to put the PRESS sticker in there bike and they show extra ordinary attitude. Its very unfortunate most of them are just class 10-12 pass, I want to know why there is now specific qualification is mandatory to being a journalist because its very important area. I also want to know how they get PRESS Id Card so easily without having any quality to write & speak. Kindly tell me is there any provison in Law so that we can restrict such hopeless Reporter from using PRESS sticker & ID of Press Card.
