Principal of natural justice for mgnt employees

Dear Member

I have some confusion regarding the following about termination of employee

1) Does principal of natural justice also applies to mgnt emptloyees

2) If employeement terms mention that employee can be terminted without giving any reason (agreed by both parties), can mgnt terminate employee without giving any chance to employee.

I will be v glad in any member can cite judgement if possible.

thanks

dear sir,

A managerial employee will not be governed by labour laws, hence his appointment letter is his/her contract of service by which the relationship of master and servant is governed.  Therefore the employee has no scope if he is shown the door taking the help of clause of termination in appointment letter.

enalize why company had temrinated you give a detailed explanation to the appoiting authorties on some or the other issue the company will terminate the employee by stating

because without statin a reason the employee cannot be terminated even if appointment letter has a clause

it takes few steps to enalize why you was terminated and set the ball right by discussion with the authorities
