1) Ca any erudite member of the forum tell me,if a person who is already registered in other councils (i.e) MCI (Medical Council of India),CCH(Central Council for Homoeopathy)etc can register under the bar council after successful completion of his/her LLB degree.
2) If there is no such flexibility, then how to tackle the issue? Can i opt the constitution law or the rights and freedom to choose the profession and education.
