Is there any provision with which we can get an early date for the hearing of regular bail in 498a case in High Court Patna? if yes what is the procedure for doing so? is there any way of priority /special mention in high court to get an early hearing date? I've heard that "priority mention" for regular bail is banned in Patna High Court due to misuse?
