just asking this question out of curiousity, much has been debated over forensic test on audio and video, i myself is going to submit recordings in court, just a curious question.
do the role of forensic given first priority in maritial disputes like divorce DV 498 etc
as in criminal cases, where the case is to be proved 'beyond doubt' is the same with the marriage disputes like divorce? where much evidence is taken in corraboration......what is your opinion..........
