i am a director a private limited company
there are 3 directors
we run a unit on a piece of land owned by the company an d 2 other people. the business has been established for the past 20 years
one of the directors has gone rogue . he has in collaboration with the police and the localities taken over the land by force and thrown all the workers out. the labour has now gone back to their home
we have been trying to get a fir registered but to no avail
he has declined all points on the agenda for the board meeting
what is the way forward in this
