Private prosecution u/s 302(2) crpc

Can the public prosecutor interfere in the case when it is dealt privately under section 302(2) crpc by a lawyer. As the petition under 302(2) crpc is to conduct the prosecution and not to assist the prosecution. Once the petetion u/s,302(2) is allowed magistrate is ousted from the case and has no role in the prosecution. But still in our case the PP is interfering causing disturbance to the case. So what is to be done. whom to complain. Please suggest. Replies are highly appreciated. Regards Subramanyam
