My Grandfather got a temple (Private) and 12 acre agri land by will of his aunty
It was sighned by three witnesses. Then my grandfather made will for my father about ownership of it. From last 50 year we are having ownership of it and paying all tax and other things. But now one of the witness opposing us from selling the agri land. Please convey me your opinion about the concern .
