I am from Hyderabad and purchased a flat in a gated community. I purchased a completed flat in Dec 2022. The maintenances period of the apartments under builder is from DEC 2021 to DEC 2023. Though I have purchased (including the first transaction booking amount) one year post the start of maintenance period the builder is charging 2 year of maintenance amount (even for the year under his control). Since I am in a need to buy a new home I am obliged to do so. Please let me know if this is correct and what options I have ?
