Probate for uae death claim from sharia court

hi all request you to please guide me what documents do i need to prepare for geting the death benefit from the abu dhabhi govt comapny. my cousin brother died of heart attack while he was employed with the company, my brothere family is not having passport and they want me to go to abu dhabi to get the compansation. i got his dead body from abu dhabhi.

 

the company is asking these documents probate or will.

 

please guide me

However, required documents will include documents such as will/ Grant of Representation (Probate) which is a court authority given to administer the deceased assets, in this case End of Service Benefit.

you have to go thru., the land laws of the abu dhabhi.

I agree with your point but they said it can be done from india as well. The Grant of Representation is required as a proof to show the correct person to receive the deceased's End of Service Benefit. The document has to be notarized by a Notary Public in his own country, authenticated by the Foreign Ministry and the UAE Embassy in his home country and the final authentication by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The document will need to be translated into Arabic to be presented to the Court in the UAE.
