Probate of will

whether a will is admissible for probate,if there is mention of particular property and also mentioned all movable and imovable property and probate is being filed for other property which are not mentioned in will. Further will executor died in 2001 . What is limitation period. The particular property which was mentioned in will by way of mutation in 2007 as in UP probate is not compalsory.

No limitation period. If any one denies.or challenges will u have to prove genuinessof will in court.if probate is not compulsory in up u produce will before concerned authorities for change of mutation. The property movable or immovable only which is genuine is considered and others isleft.
