Probation of offender act

Hi, I need a quick suggestion / citation regarding Probation of Offenders act. I am a complainant, and the accused have been convicted under IPC 420, 468, 469, 471. The maximum punishment is up to 7 Years. They have been released currently after conviction pending Probation Officer's report as per dalbir singh vs state of haryana air 2000 sc 1677. Is there a judgement against "dalbir singh vs state of haryana air 2000 sc 1677" that can be used. Please let me know if there is any citation that i can use to have them sentenced to imprisonment.
