Usually IT is narrated in appointment letter, service rules about Probation Period, time for appraisal for deciding confirmation of service/extension of probation period………
IT is duty of bosses to initiate appraisal in time to decide in time and act in time……….
If you have such docs and if you wish you may attach................
Erase all names/logo/phone numbers/email id's/addresses etc before attaching or submitting at any website or sending anywhere to maintain confidentiality.
