Condone delay pettition is filed in High Court for appealing in the case of murder case acquitted at trial court. The delay has been accepted in 2007.
After accepting the delay from victim side there is no further proceedings in the High Court.
When i asked regarding this to my advoacte he said the court has not brought the case in line.
Why is it the court has not brought the case in line even after the delay pettition has got succeded in 2007 itself?
In this stage what should victim do to bring the case in line.
