Procedure after settlement signature?

thus what for this 5 lakhs rupees you are paying (settlement ) means final alimony or what

may be for withdrawing all the cases or what

one thing have you applied for divorce or Mutual consent divorce or not 

if you both are agreed to go for Mcd then pay in the final(second ) section the draft to her which comes after six  months after filing first motion petition of mcd in mean time this six months try to withdraw all the cases and without withdrawn the cases dont pay her the amount in front of the Hon' Judge only 

and in case no case for divorce then pursuade her for the same and file jointly mcd

and in other cases also first tell her to withdrawn all the cases and convince her for mcd only and in final hearing only pay her the amount because this this deeds will not work out and once she takes the amount and again she can demand you as this deed cannot be enoforceable 

5 lakh is FINAL alimony.

YES, my wife has applied for divorce - she filed divorce almost 3 months ago - we have been separated from past 5 years.

I have also filed DIVORCE case almost 2 years ago and the case has been dismissed for non-prosecution.

No MCD yet. During 498a case, mediation has been referred from court and settlement has been finalized for 5 lakh rupees.

So I am worried. 

Will the ORDER copy of family court (after the settlement) be useful for quashing other cases like 498a, domestic violence?

Agreement has been SIGNED by both of us. Status right now is that the court is waiting for mediation report.
