SIr,
Iam currently working in a Public sector bank. I have applied for BHEL and SAIL(both PSUs) examinations.In their notifications they have mentioned that those employed in PSUs must submit NOC at the time of interview.
Kindly tell me the procedure for the same to avoid complications later.

You may have to approach HR Dept. with a request for issuance of NOC. In yr latest querry, I have replied regarding issues relating to Bond which you had given in favour of the employer...
