Can you kindly advise the step-by-step procedure of getting a specific power of attorney authenticated by a Notary, including noting in the register and mentioning the serial/page number of the register in the document?My intention is that the notarised specific power of attorney should be perfectly valid in any court of law and should not be challenged. This specific power of attorney I am referring to is only for giving flat on leave and license basis in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
