Dear Sir,
i have a property which is a land land in particular Mauja after chakbandi i got this land at the end of the mauja as the result od last land of muaja i got land morethan it was on papers (almost 2000 sq feet more).
kindly suggest me is there any way out to update this increased land in my property documents and records so that as i ahve possession i will also have title on the addtional land.
kindly help me the procedure land in situated in uttar pradesh

Hi Vikram,
You will be entitled to get the land which you have registered in your favour on paper, please get the land demarcated once to get exact extent of land in your favour, if your physical possession is more than the extent you purchased, please notify the same to the concerned Tahsildar about this for him/her to take further necessary action.
