What is the procedure of changing of case number from one court to another under CrPC? Can a court even do this?
There are two cases pending, one is CC no. ......../2010, subsequently it has been informed that initially it was CC no. .......2010 but later on it became Muzzarfarpur Sadar PS case no. ...../2010. Kindly explain the provisions under which this happens.
