Procedure of divorce via videoconfrencing

Hi Experts,

I had seen a couple of questions related to videoconferencing mutual case divorce earlier on this forum. I wanted to know what is the procedure when it comes to video conferencing.

Is it true that the concerned party who is at foreign country had to get affidavit filed at indian embassy of the respective country?

What are the other documentation which should be provided at court for divorce case settlement through video conferencing.

thanks

The said procedure has been followed by me and i must admit that whatever i am or i should say that i am enjoying this life only because of this interactive forum and my special thanks to Tajobsindia. There were times when everytime a false case was filed on me, my family and me use to go through hell. Even for the fact that i was living abroad but i use to be in stress all the time. I can only imagine what victims of matrimonial cases can go through. The only way my tension would go away is when i use to get advice from this website. My special thanks to all those advocates who has done tremendous job answering each and every questions thoroughly. Not only that i was even getting familiar with some of the lawyers habits.

For instance -

Adv. Rajoo would come up early in the morning and answer questions in one shot and then he will be gone for the rest of the day.

Tajobsindia  - I must say he stayed in this forum all the time. Even late nights - he use to answer questions. I cannot just describe him in one line or one sentence or one paragraph. He is unique and Hats off to him !

Adv. Nadeem - He will answer one question each on the forum and then if further help is needed then he will ask the person to call him.

Adv. Kamal Grover - No idea where he is but he helped lot of male victims.

Adv. Chandrashekhar - How can i forget him ! He helped most of the female victims. :)

Shonee Kapoor - Use to be law intern and helped most of the male victims. Don't know if he is working as a lawyer now ?

Amit - Another male victim , very knowledgeable and very thorough. I should say that he has indiakanoon.org in his head. Any case you ask him to search and he will refer to any judgements. The best person to ask for null and void marriage issues is Amit.

Aroop Ji - I haven't seen him for a while but he use to be very helpful as well.

This is just my view point and i must say i enjoyed myself being part of this forum.
