Procedure of will

Dear Experts,

A married Woman, by self earning had property and still she is earning.

She had threat from Husband, she do not want to give any of her property in case any unfortunate thing happens with her.

She had made the will to give the entire property to her younger (married) sister, on plain paper and signed by 2 witness and got Notorised by a Nottery.

1. Is this a valid will? or what precaution she should take.

2. what about if she earns more and get few more peoperty in her name, do she need to make a new will to include this new property or just a mere statement in her 1st will that all the property in future will also be going to her sister.

3. Do she need to give some thing to her husband also?

4. Do she need to give some thing to her only son also?

Please respond.

Thx

Yes a notorised will is absolutely valid..Although the u need to file a probate petition after her death

She can similarly make as many wills she wants for all her properties. No she need not include the same property again and again...

Its a will, a legal declaration made in love and affection..Moreover its her property she can dispose it to whomsoever...
