I wuld like to know the legal procedure Municipal corporation needs to follow while demolishing an compounded /unauthorised structure declared by them (MC) under section 1966(53) even when they hv been given summons by respected court .Can they demolish it without informing d concerened owner when d matter is subjudice and he is not present at d site/construction ?
