Procedure to file a fir and apply for missing documents

Respected Sir / Madam,

I am seeking an assistance to understand the following process :

In case the judgement or any statement or order reorder, passed by the respectable court and that is based on the evidences , affidavit or false claims/ statements submitted by the party who has submitted or recorded it.

In such cases if on regular intervals we find one or the other important documents are missing which are the basis of Appeal or hearing. Then in such cases what should we do. ?

Shall we go and lodge an FIR stating foul play or shall we use any other method?

Please also suggest me the format for FIR in such cases and need your kind assistance urgently. Please consider request as we are facing such challenges at court .

Regards

K. D Singh

You have to bring the fact to the notice of Honble Court by filing a memo before the Judge.  The judge after confirming that really there is some fraud played upon, the court itself refers the matter to the Police and the Police will register the case.

This irregularity should be brought to the notice of court with proper evidence, upon which the court will initiate proper action as envisaged in law for the purpose.
