procedure to file AB in AP High Court

One green and two white copies. Proof of residence, vakaltnama, FIR/complaint, if any and any other relevant material which is being relied upon during this process.

Please correct above

Who would be initial official to take the AB(Anticipatory Bail) application and to whom else it moves like clerks,superindents etc and lastly how does it reach to Judge

please tell the correct flow

Your application will go from filing section to the judge and if it is an urgent matter you can go for lunch motion

A word used in north India is Pairokar (perhaps meaning representing someone else). Can a Pairokar move an ABP application, by giving an affidavit, before the High Court on behalf of an accused who is not present in the court?
