Please advise.
My friend is seperated from her husband from last 2.5 years. She has to reissue the passport, but the officer some how got know that she is married, passport officer is asking for annexure D or marriage certificate which she does not hold. Came to know that Annexure K applies in this case. Please assist procedure to get Annexure K. is it going to help for this passport reissue ?
