Hi,
My owner has own case for tenant eviction and is proceeding with getting Amena for evicting me. Any ways to get stay to get rid of Amena process? Or is there any way for me to resist Amena process. Can they forcefully pull out my stuff out of property and ask me to vacate or what will they do if I just locked the property when they come over? This is for a property case in Tamil Nadu.

The forcible eviction of a tenant through court Amin is the last stage of the eviction suit, hence you cannot get any stay order restricting the court to follow the due process of law.
It can be understood that you fought unsuccessfully at every stage of the case.
Now if you are vacating the pemise by yourself, you may suffer less damage or you may have to face the stringent procedures of law.
