my relative has got jailed for 3 months u/s 55 of civil procedure code. he is not able to pay the decree amount of sum of Rs. 5 lacs. on asking the lawer they said he shall be jailed again and again after completion of the above period if he does not pay the decree amount. he does not have any property or other things by which he can pay such sum. he can pay more to more Rs. 20000 or 30000 and nothing else if he sells what all he has.he is ready for the insolvency as well. please tell the solution and procedure to rid out of it otherwise his faimly get ruined.
