Proclaimed offendor 82 and 83 crpc

An FIR was registered against the accused U/s420, 406, 120-B, 34 IPC. They were served summons but none appeared. NBW Warrants were issued twice but the accused were found deliberately avoiding the service, so process U/s 82 CrPC was started.
Now i have some questions:-
1. is publication in news paper necessary or can be specifically requested?
2. when is the order of attachment of property of accused given by the CMM? and when is the same auctioned off?
3. if the accused is declared PO, then as per section 174-A IPC another FIR registered by police?
4. Of the attached property, does the complainant get any amount from the auction?

Kindly reply
