One of my friend took money from me and signed promisory Note. He did not return the money.
So I filed case in court and won the case.
Earlier he was working in a school as teacher. Now he resigned to the teacher job and do not know his where abouts. His parents not revelaing his address.
One of our common friend told me that he got selected in Group 4 exam, so he resigned to teacher job but do not know where he is working.
He is not even in touch with his lawyer.
All the property is in his parents name in my village.
How can proceed in this case ? ( like police case, paper notice etc possible ?)
