Promisoty note

I have given loan amount of Rs. 1,00,000 to one person for his business needs, through bank transfer on June 1, 2018.

The borower given me a promisoty note on Feb. 9, 2020, for an amount of Rs.1,50,000, including interest of Rs.50,000.

Can I use such bank transfer evidence as a proof of loan amount given?

Can I file a suit without using such bank transfer evidence?

Hello,

You have to file evidence that you have given the loan by bank transfer. If you did not file the bank transaction evidence then court cannot come to conclusion that loan was given by bank transfer.

Expiry date of 3 years is considered to the date of transactions or date of note?

Can I use my bank trasaction as evidence, which is expied by now, use in my suit going to file on the basis of date of note?

What if we can say that initially paid 1L by bank transfer and 50K by cash later times, together received note for 1.5L ?
