In MP state has passed gazette notification in 23 aug 2012 for Rural agriculture extension officer and make changes in promotion policy, due to this notification those employees are holding BSc agriculture degree are getting benefit in their service as promoting to higher rank. Here most hamperd employees who's not holding degree BSc agriculture but they are serving same and they recurits under the recuritsment law 1972/1983. The basic is that how can be stopped a way of promotion in the rising morning, however the percentage of non agriculture persons more then 90% and only fewer bsc ag emloyees in service approximilate 6-7 % in before of new recuritment law 2012.So far here big Q ? , is that about the persons who are suffering.
