Proper tenant eviction procedure

Hello Sir/Madam

Can a knowledgeable person please clarify the correct tenant eviction procedure?

Is it necessary for the plaintiff lawyer to be present during the eviction? Or, can the plaintiff get it done with the court ameena only?

Once the eviction is over should the ameena hand over the property keys to the owner or submit the keys back to the court or local police station?

Thank you sincerely.

hello who are you?  what questions  you have raised before whom?

For my own knowledge I request Mr.Alok Tholiya, which are the new words and what their meanings are?

Generally we see questions like what Mr. A. Vevek Advocate has asked on the floor of a court. I have never seen such questioning in this forum.

I am not a lawyer. But I have been witness to evictions. Normally the presence of any lawyer is not necessary unless defendant asks for it and the court allows it.

I do not know the answer to further questions, because after the physical eviction is over and the amin(bailiff) locks the door, I have not followed up the matter further.
