Propert matter

Dear Experts,

My father died with a will, but that will is 14 year old. We family members dont want to go through that will.

We are 8 brother and sisters in our family. And my brothers are not giving me share in the property. Property registery is with some other person as my brother took loan from him.

can sisters transfer their share in my name?

Can I get some portion of the property title in my name?

Please suggest me.

A Will is valid even after 14 years if it was executed properly and you can claim your share in the property that was given to you under the provisions of the Will.  Yes, the sisters can transfer their share in your name.
