PROPERTY

I WANT TO KNOW WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS AND REGISTERS MAINTAINED TO OPEN A FLAT ASSOCIATION IN CHENNAI, AND WHETHER IT SHOULD BE REGISTERED. AND WHAT ARE THE POINTS TO BE UPDATED. IF POSSIBLE GIVE ME A FORMAT.

IF THERE IS A TENENAT WHO IS PAYING THE MAINTENANCE AMOUNT UPTO  HIS TERM, AND IF HE QUITS THE HOUSE , WHETHER HE CAN CLAIM THE AMOUNT FROM THE ASSOCIATION , WHICH IS IN SURPLUS ACCOUNT.

Hello Experts !!

Unfortunately my father passes away couple of months back. He inherits ancesteral property for which he did not posses no legal documentation as such. During his life he had sold off one Godown (warehouse) for which he procured some legal papers from the Nagar Palika of our city in UP.

The same set of documentation when was presented to another tenant for the sale of his occupied property, pointed multiple flaws into it.

My request is for the guidance to me that where from can I get the hardcore documentation done for our Ancestral property for its sale further.

 

Please Guide !!
