sir i want to know what is the stamp duty in delhi to be paid while transfering a property from mother to son. another question is my elder brother gave RD in name of my mother and after that conveyance deed was executed in all names as dda denied RD. now mother wants to sell that property, can she do.

Dear Mr.Neeraj,

1. It should be about 3 % of the property value. 

2. Since RD was rejected for reasons not mention, it is safe to assume that she cannot sell without concurrence of all.

Sir,

When I was child age 10years old my father was showing the property of land.later he expiered. after sereral days I reconiced the land were it is situated   Now I don't have document or papers to go and ask them How get that property or I dont know whose name it is transfered or sold Now they have bult big house in that property.

 

How to get my property  kinldy explain or mail me
