Property

My Father had get  Property (Land) in  one  village befor 20 years from his friend (he is no more ). and made one home and stay their .

Now one person came to our house and says i buy this land and saw Proof (Agreement)  so this is my Property (our Home )

As we have pay all tax to Gram Panchayat from Last 20 years but have no any document as proof .

 

Kindly Advise

U r pay tax then how can your name enter in revenue records please check it, then U take a 7 and 12 from Talati/Tehshildar and check the documents of this land from the person who says that he buy this land and who is the vendor in this agreement and how can his/her/their name come in land owner thenafter u take a action against the person.

If your father had purchased the land by way of registered sale deed it is full proof.if not the factum of possession proves your ownership.Never leave the possession,ask him to go in court and prove his ownership,and not to come our house and disturb our peaceful possession,other we will complain police.

their is house of 1floor grand floor and 1st floor it is no name of my grand mother she was experired for 47 yrs before and my grand father was also experied know my family .mydad, mom, we sister live on grand floor problem is that my fathers elder brother who experied on 3-8-1990 after that he had 3 daughters theri mom was experied on 2010 after that theri only 1 daughter my dad was doing her marriage .. giving her job in government he was trying very hard to they happy bt now they all give a tention they asking for their upper floor it is only hop my dad plz help they case on womens council bt they said dad have to give plz help

My Grandfather have two brother , one brother have three son and other have five son and one son has died from the three and her wife given the all property to both two sons. In separation the whole property divided by the consent we given the some amount to the other sons and after that we made the animal room on the same land and we have the possession on the same land from the 14 year. Before the 15 day one the son say the I m the owner of that property and I have purchase from the other son, he show the registry of the same land which give the open land in the registry.

 So all requested to give the suggestion to me if we are living on the same from the 14 year. It can be transfer to that person.how can we prevent our land from the same person
