I have purchased a 10x26 sq.ft. area house in Sahar vill. in april 2014 from its existing occupant, which is in the airport land and was existing since 1984 (proof is available since 1984 in the name of earlier occupant) and reconstructed it with upper floor totalling to an area of 560 area. Now, I understand that government of maharashtra has introduced new scheme whereby by depositing certain amount to gov authorities, the same can be legalized and tax can be paid to the govt. department regularly. is it real and will there be any complications, incase of govt. rehabilitating the area for development since I have bought it from the occupant in the year 2014, though the house was existing prior to 1984??
