property bill

My father has not made any bill regarding property, and now after his death can my mother make bill for the same property, we are 2 brothers and no sister

First u have to transfer all the properties in name of ur mother after that ur mother can make will.

since your father had died intestate the property will devolve in equal shares over his wife (ie )your mother and you both.obtain a legal heir certificate from the tahsildars office and with that mutate the property on all your names
