Property built on donation..

Hi,

This is my first post here..Is it legally ok to sell a property built from the donation from public and others..

There is this management school here in our town which has been in service for about 70 odd years.some years ago,the school which was a thatched roof got totally burnt in an accident..Then the public, teachers and others banks donated lots of money because the school (a tamil medium) had been serving the community for so long-and entirely based on that a concrete building was raised. Now the mgmt has kinda ran into debts and is apparently thinking abt selling the property or has already sold the property to run a English medium school. Can something be legally done about this..can the sale be ruled out invalid..thanks in advance..

It is good to buil property with donation of public. But actually the donation take those people who are not able to work i.e. physically handicapped etc.
