Property Buying

Hi All,

I have planned to buy a property, the land is owned buy a farmer. This land is now converted for residential purpose by the developer, he does not have rights on the property.

I was told buy the developer that, landowner and his son will be registering the property to my name. The landowner is also having a daughter, for which the GPA has been given to the landowner it self (registered GPA). The GPA has been given from the landowner's daughter to the landowner due to medical reasons.

Can you please advice me on the precautionary measures to be taken before buying this plot

Thanks in Advance.

Check all the documents properly along with the up to date EC with the assitance of a lawyer and then proceed further.

Dear Sir,

First chech the papers of the Developer and also check land owner has executed any paper in the name of the developer or not than proceed further and also the revenue record at the concerned office with the help of the lawyer.

With Regards
