Show the case file to some other local prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of facts, advise and proceedings, if you have lost faith in your lawyer.

You may contact me, if you feel so.

That depends upon the judge, you can know that from your advocate as they will be aware about that. Usually once the arguments are closed and case is listed for judgment it may  not take  more than 15 to 30 days, as many times high court and supreme court give instructions and directions regarding it

As the saying goes, Never waste a good crisis. If all reserved Judgments could come tumbling out, as if in an assembly line, Justice may be done to We the People.

It may, however, not be out of place to allude to the ongoing debate among advisers to policy makers that in the face of inordinate delays and the institution's inability to clear the backlog of reserved judgments, as to why the Centre or state should not come out with Ordinances to bring closure to at least vexed litigation, where national interest may be overwhelming.
Such a course may be the need of the hour in this virally vulnerable moment. But if that happens, it may not surely augur well for the Judiciary as an institution.

Sidhhi     21 February 2023Please suggest a way out or option if 2 administrator out of 3 play foul to delay/held up distribution of assets of the deceased person with the sole intention to harm the administrator who also happens to be a legal heir of the deceased person. TIA
