Father  in law (A) Bought the house property in his own name and later transferred the share by registered deed to his daughter (B) And son (C) l.e A, But and C are holding one third share in the house property without partition

Father-in-law (A) Was passed away and C wants to over the entire house property without giving any share to his mother (wife of A) And his sister (B) 
question 1 whether B can sell the property without consent of C and A legal Heirs 
question 2 whether B can donate the property to trust without consent of C and A legal heirs 
question 3 weather B can transfer the property by way of gift to his husband without consent of C and A legal Heirs question 4 who is eligible to take father in law share

First C should serve a legal notice demanding for her share of the property and depending on the response you can chalk out further plans.
