Property chain paper missing

Dear Respected Members,

I have one flat at west vinod nagar, Delhi,  which I have taken in 2005 through Irrevocable GPA, bec that time the registry was not opened for that particular area due to lal dora land. Now I want to sell that and found one buyer also, but I dont have the chain papers of the property, however I have the Irrevocable GPA with all the details mentioned on it. The registry is now opened for that area...I want to know is it possible that I can sell this property to the next perosn and can register the property on the basis of irrevocable GPA. if not what is the alternative...and how to get the duplicate chain paper of the property....what will be the charges?

Thanks

Lalit Nayal

You need to first establish your title. So u have a document that is not registered...what are the docs u have to establish ur title to the flat? coz just on the strength of the IPOA u cant sell the flat..
