Dear learned lawyers,
I request your opinion on the following case:
Wife got separated many years ago as her Husband started illegally living with another woman. The husband has two sons from the illegal marriage. So far wife did not apply for divorce or judicial separation. Now Wife has inherited ancestral property from her father's side.
My questions are:
1. Since wife has inherited property which is not self earned by her, is the husband also a legal hier i.e, can he claim a part of the inherited property of his wife?
2. In case, the husband expires, can the sons from his illegal wife claim share stating that their father has the right to the inherited property of his wife??
Please clarify.
