MY brother and my self brought a land in Goa 35 yrs ago. I built a bunglow and now my brother want to built one too, so we need to do the partition and my borther mailed me the documents of SUIT FOR PARTITION with lots of fauls accuations. he said that his Lawyer said that is only a format for the court and we have to sign it and send as we are living in abroad.
I want to know is ther any other way except this court case for partition ?
whom I have to contact for this?
