I have one land dispute, one person encroaching my land with the help of revenue officials, the surveyor also in favor of the tress passer. The case in the Hon'ble High court.
In this regrds, Im planning to request the court to Appoint a Court Commission to fix the boundaries. In which circumstances court will appoint court commission? Plz suggest me.
