Property dispute

Hi Pl anyone help in guiding me about my ancestorial property in which my grandfather has not done any distribution and one of my uncle is enjoying all rights over this asset. The problem is that my father who is the eldest has four brothers and they are into two groups and hence never sit down to resolve the issue cause one of my uncle never comes and support the one staying in that property due which dispute remain alive. Request for someone to guide how to go about in this case. Regards

Mr. siddarth,

If the property is ancestral, every successor has a right over the property. If there are some issues between the successors, then anyone can file a partition suit in the court to get his/her share.
