Property dispute

There is a case pending in Family Court between husband and wife. Children are in the custody of wife. They want to take divorce . But the condition from the side of wife is that children should have right in the property of their grandfather. So, my question is if the grandfather sells the property before the majority of the children. Whether it will have any effect on the right of children?

By the way did you get married under Special Marriage Act? Clarify.
