Property dispute

My grandfather had a property which has my father's share mentioned however his siblings do not want to honor the will which has the details. My father has filed a case and lives in a different city than the property. My father is 80+ and old and cannot travel and he has been asked by his lawyer that he needs to appear in court. Since he is unable to travel what options does he have.
