Experts please help
I had taken a housing loan this loan was in me and my husbands name and we bought a flat till date we both have together paid emi not exactly in 50% ratio
Now both me and my husband are co owners of the said flat ,we have had matrimonial disputes due to which divorce case is going to be started,in the meantime my husband has denied to pay further emis and I do not have income to pay any emi at present.
I have paid amount to buy flat and also quite a few emis myself when I was working.
what will be the bank's stand on this as he is not paying emi.
Will both I and my husband be included in the sale agreement if the bank takes possession and finds a buyer.
